Retrieve Your Authenticator Key
Log in to PanPay Online Banking and open the PanPay Authenticator page. Complete SMS verification to obtain your authenticator key.
Scan to Link
Open WeChat and scan the QR code displayed on the page to link the authenticator to your account.
Enter the Verification Code
Once linked, the Mini Program will display a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter the code when authorizing transactions.
Important Security Tips
- Your authenticator key only needs to be linked once unless you change devices.
- Never share your verification code, QR code, or authenticator key with anyone.
- PanPay employees will never ask for your verification code or authenticator key.
- Only enter verification codes after confirming the transaction details are correct.
